Support and escalation
One ticket system for everyone, with Enterprise at the front of it.
Every request is a ticket
The support form and email to support@s-ticketing.vidmoat.com both open one, with a reference you can quote.
Enterprise tickets sort first
Ahead of every other plan in the support queue.
A named contact
On Enterprise, for anything a ticket is the wrong shape for.
A person replies, usually the same day
We do not offer a contractual response time.
Questions
Who is the contracting entity?
Buzz Innovations Ltd, registered in england and wales, company number 17212684, trading as Vidmoat.
Will you sign our DPA?
Send it. A person reads it and tells you which clauses we can keep and which we cannot, rather than signing something the product cannot honour.
Do you offer an SLA?
No. We run on one application server with no failover, so a contractual uptime or response figure would be a promise we cannot keep.
How do we raise an issue once we are customers?
Through the support form or by email to support@s-ticketing.vidmoat.com. Both create a ticket, enterprise tickets sort first, and you have a named contact.
Send us your forms
Questionnaire, DPA, vendor form: list them in the contact form and a person works through them by email.
